Feel more prepared, informed and confident caring for your child.

The Village Doula proudly partners with The Sick Sense to provide baby and child CPR, paediatric first aid workshops and accredited first aid training for parents, caregivers, workplaces and organisations across Newcastle and Lake Macquarie.

Created by Ilana Lawrence, owner of The Sick Sense and Paediatric Nurse Consultant with more than 13 years of specialised paediatric nursing experience, these workshops are designed to help parents feel calm, capable and prepared when caring for a sick or injured child. Each session is delivered by either Ilana Lawrence from The Sick Sense or Aly Chapman from The Village Doula.

Feel more confident when childhood sickness and emergencies happen.
